Established in Lonavala's region with two giant walls of 200-250 feet, Taila Baila village is very remarkable. As soon as you stop by the Taila Baila village, you will see two walls. The wall in the outer side is called the Right outer while the wall on the inner side is left inner. The pair of the wall-like shape with peaks is Taila Baila. Tailbaila is renowned for rock climbing and Rappelling.

VERY IMPORTANT :- 

  • Before you register please make sure you are physically fit and don't have "acrophobia" (fear of height)
  • Adventure Trek Experience required
  • Weight limit: Below 80 kg
  • Age limit: 12 - 50 yr

Itinerary

  • 05:00 AM Journey begins
  • 02.30 AM Reach base village (Tail Baila)
  • 02:30 AM - 5.00 AM : Stay at base village
  • 05:00 AM - Good morning, Complete your morning routine.
  • 05:30 AM - Enjoy your morning tea & breakfast
  • 06:00 AM - Small Introduction about trek with the team and fellow participant
  • 06:30 AM - We will start our trek towards TailBaila
  • 07:30 AM - We will reach the Taila Baila front wall. The technical team will introduce you to the climbing equipment and the safety measures you need to follow.
  • 07:45 AM - We will begin the climbing from Taila Baila's small front wall. Our team of technical experts will guide you throught.
  • 10:00 AM - We will summit Tail Baila and experience the scenic landscapes of the surrounding.
  • 10:30 AM - Rappelling will begin in two stages. Climbers will need to wait for their turn, and those who have finished will need others to complete.
  • 01:00 PM - Reach the Base village congratulations on complete the climb
  • 01:30 PM - Handover of climbing equipment to the Technical team
  • 02:30 PM - Lunch will be served at local villagers house
  • 04:00 PM - Depart for Home
  • 07:00 PM Reach Home with Loads of Memories

    (1-2 hrs delay is possible on the speed of trekkers, traffic on the road & other unavoidable circumstances.. so keep that buffer)

Things To Carry

  • 02 - 03 liters of water (must)
  • Head Torch or normal Torch with extra batteries (optional)
  • Full Sleeve T-Shirt and Full Track-Pant. For girls Full Neck T-Shirt (Must) Cap
  • Good Trekking Shoes with good grip is must.
  • Carry sleeping Matt / bedsheets/ blanket
  • Carry ORS or Electoral Packets during trek to avoid dehydration.
  • Carry eatable like fruits, dry fruits to munch on during trek and to avoid dehydration.
  • Extra cloth for change after trek

FAQ's

  1. Is this trek safe for girls?
    This trek is completely safe for girls. We have girl volunteers specially appointed for girls. And have separate changing rooms.
  2. How many trek leaders will be available?
    There will be 1 trek leader available for a group of 8 people in each trek.
  3. How do I get in touch with trek leaders and trek groups ?
    We add participants in our Whatsapp group one day prior to the event.
  4. Can I cancel my booking?
    You can check our cancel policy for the same.Or you can join us on the next trek (please inform us before 2 days)
  5. What is prohibited in this trek?
    Smoking, Drinking and loud music is prohibited.
  6. Can I come alone?
    Yes, you can join us as a solo traveller.
  7. What about extra baggage ?
    You can safely keep your extra bags in bus.
  8. Are changing rooms provided ?
    Yes, separate (Male/Female) changing rooms are provided.
  9. What is the type of bus ?
    The bus is NON/AC Tempo Traveler with decent seating comfort.
